ADVICE

Let's get started!
To start training keep in mind the following.
Define your objectives in a concrete way and with a stipulated time, you must know what your body composition is, what percentage of fat you have and what percentage of muscle mass. Starting from there, you will have a clearer goal.
Divide your goal into small objectives, that week by week you gain ground, so you will gradually achieve results and that will give you motivation.
Priorities
Prioritize strength training.
The fastest way to lose fat is to increase muscle mass, because muscle is metabolically active, it will help you increase fat oxidation. And do not make the mistake of doing it after cardio, if you are looking to increase muscle mass and tone you should do strength training first and then cardio. 70% of body glycogen is occupied in the first muscle group you train. Don’t waste it, take advantage of it.

Technique
Learn training technique, it is super important to look at the posture when performing each exercise. That the mechanics of the movement is aimed at reaching muscle failure, so that the muscle fibers regenerate and grow, without affecting the ligaments and muscle tendons. I recommend you perform each repetition in 3 seconds, this way you will expose more muscle fibers and activate them in the tension generated by the performance of each exercise, take into account that the rest between series and series is only 30 seconds, so you will accelerate your metabolism, and increase the secretion of growth hormone.
Progress
When you are training, try to get out of your comfort zone, when you start to see discomfort you will start to see progress, no one gets different results by always doing the same thing.
Take care of the food!
Food is 70% of a healthy and fit body. Your diet must be calculated with the kilo calories necessary for your goal, without suspending any macro-nutrient. Macro-nutrients are the fuel of our body and are classified as: Carbohydrates, Proteins and Fats. Only that the best quality should be selected intelligently.
And also hydration...
It is very important to stay well hydrated. It is an ally in building a fit body.
